About IPPNJ
IPPNJ Training

IPPNJ is recognized by the state of New Jersey as a non-profit educational corporation entitled to grant certificates of completion to its graduates. Its faculty consists of a diverse group of psychoanalysts with extensive post-graduate training from a number of respected psychoanalytic institutes. IPPNJ courses are approved (or have approval pending) for 22.5 hours of continuing education credit by the New Jersey Board of Social Workers.

IPPNJ offers a choice of three programs of study:
1. A one-year, four-course intruduction to Psychoanalytic Theory and Technique
2. A three-year, 12-course certificate program in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy
3. A six-year, 24-course certificate program in psychoanalysis.

Credit from each of the shorter programs can be applied toward completion of the more intensive programs of study.
